As we move into 2025, the team at Crystal PR have been reflecting on how they have supported clients in 2024 – a year that has marked the 30th anniversary of the agency.
Over the past year, the team has:
– managed more than 230 announcements on behalf of clients
– created more than 180 pieces of long-form content – from blogs and speeches to thought leadership articles and white papers
– generated coverage in markets from the CIs and IoM, to the UK and continental Europe, to the Caribbean, to the Middle East, to the US
In addition, and of particular note, the team has also supported communications around Jersey’s Moneyval assessment, input increasingly into ESG and digital communications strategies, supported the launch of a major digital sector grant initiative, advised around the communications of multiple cross-border M&A deals, aided with the development of client annual reports and results, and developed community and internal employee engagement strategies.
Reflecting on a busy and significant year for Crystal PR, Mike Sunier, Managing Director, said:
“Our 30th anniversary last year gave us an opportunity to reflect on how our industry has evolved and continues to evolve – and in 2024 the pace of change was evident. The shift to digital strategies, changing attitudes to media consumption and the influence of AI tools have all had a bearing on the type of work we do – not only have we seen a steady stream of work, but also a diversification in the type of work we are being asked to do on behalf of clients, in support of their business strategies.
“Looking forward, we see that trend continuing; while more generally, trust in political and media groups, changes in regulatory frameworks and ongoing shifts in work-life patterns will be major issues for the IFC communications world to consider in the coming months, in what will undoubtedly be a busy 2025.”
