Careers
The agency has long been a training ground for graduates and new starters with ambitions for a long-term career in the industry – and to date more than 15 graduates have taken their first serious steps in PR with Crystal. They learn through a structured training programme led by the senior team and are encouraged to take courses and training through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
Professional development is important to us. A number of those who have embarked on their careers with Crystal have since moved on to senior roles in either PR or marketing. Previous members of the team have also won the CIPR’s national ‘Young Communicator of the Year’ accolade and gone on to be President of the CIPR. The agency’s senior director, who started his PR career here, was instrumental in introducing nationally recognised training schemes in the Channel Islands and is a former chair of the Channel Islands branch of the CIPR.
